LOC [REDACTED] I was walking to my car after work and slipped on ice in the [REDACTED] I fell and hit my head against a yellow pole that protects a fire hydrant There wasnt any salt in that area of the parking lot at this time I didnt realize I was hurt until I felt blood on my neck when I was driving home When I got home I noticed that I had cut my ear so I went to the hospital for stiches I did not get knocked out or get hurt anywhere else
