EE was manifesting and headed out to drop off a GSX shipment to RSA 's in warehouse. On her way back she caught corner of pallet on floor and tripped hitting her knees and arms. A few agents were there to assist her in getting back up and lead called up to me so I came down to see if she 's ok.
