Waiting the client out who refused to get on teh van to go home.
What happened
Client was aggressing towards staff and refusing to get in van to go home. Staff attempted to wait the client out but the client refused and continued to aggress at staff while crawling on the ground. Client lunged and bit staff 's lor r leg and knocked staff to teh ground.
