Before the incident
EE was going to plug his lift 49 in and get ready to go on break when he got his left foot stuck between the safety plate and back of the lift
What happened
While trying to dismount lift EE went to plug his lift in stepped off lift while other foot was in the inside the lift he reached for the joystick to help balance and hit the throttle causing lift to move towards the battery charger lift pinched foot between steel plate.
Injury or illness
bruising to the left ankel ice was given leg was elevated and medcor was called. He was evaluated and told to self -treat with ice and Tylenol or Aleve Ice 15 to 30 min 4 times a day
