What happened
EE left the maintenance office during his free time to go and use the restroom. The closest restroom to the office is outside of the sterile area where he swiped his badge and walked into the lobby through a door. He then immediately slipped on the wet floor and landed on his knee as it was being cleaned at the time. There were no Wet Floor signs posted in his walking path to the puddle. He had returned to the office and was then met up with local airport ops and medical who has seen the incident occur on camera.
