Was sitting outside in the employee designated smoke hut smoking area. Stood up and began rounding the corner exit to leave.
What happened
Employee stated she felt a sudden pop and pain in the Left Knee and fell to the ground. Stated she couldn 't ambulate from the pain so she called the RN Supervisor on her cell phone to come outside and help her. EMS transport to ER was called for her upon her request. Employee denies any hazards for tripping on something or hitting her knee on anything denies slipping denies loose uneven ground or holes denies knowing how it happened. Denies history of knee injury.
