The driver was back up to a dock at MI Rancho Mexican Restaurant in which he wasnt flush to the dock there was a 3 foot gap between the dock and the trailer so the driver proceeded to delivery the product and when he was rolling the product he step in between the dock and the trailer and fell and broke his elbow
