What happened
[REDACTED] stated they were picking a DIsc Wheel in location B.15.87.F1.01 that was 65lbs and didnt know where the other disc picker on 3rd shift was so instead of waiting around or going to look for help the TM decided to lift the part out of the box it was in on their own. When sitting the part on a pallet the TM felt a pop in their lower back and started having pain in their leg as well.
