What happened
Area just experienced a smoldering event so team member was wetting down boards in the racks. Team Member was positioned in between two racks when a forklift operator that was removing Racks from the area hit a rack two units away. The racks hit each other and pinned the team member between two units. Team member felt a pop in their chest and experiences pain when breathing
