On [REDACTED] during a delivery at WinCo on [REDACTED] EE received a workplace injury The EE arrived at the location at approximately [REDACTED] Upon arrival EE observed a grease spill outside the receiving door believed to have come from meat department staff transporting garbage cans containing meat scraps EE notified the receiver on duty but no immediate action was taken due to her being occupied with checking in another delivery ([REDACTED]) EE proceeded with offloading 107 cases After approximately two hours the delivery was completed While exiting the back room EE slipped on the previously reported grease and twisted his knee EE immediately notified his supervisor via text message When asked if he was okay EE responded that the knee was hurting but he could continue working [REDACTED] EE followed up again with his supervisor reporting that the pain had worsened particularly when walking down ramps Despite the discomfort EE said he could complete his route After he completed the r
