Before the incident
EE received a concussion after falling from a 6foot catwalk ladder EE used the catwalk ladder to get to a portion of the conveyor system that had a jam due to case product and shutting the system down The leadership called the EE on the radio with no response after several minutes and the shift supervisor proceeded to go check on the EE and situation The supervisor found the EE laying down on their back The EE was moaning and disoriented The shift manager overheard the EMTs question the EE and they could not make sense of the EEs responses EMTs then stabilized him to move to the hospital
