EE was leaning on chain closure near the truck well were the shag truck is stored. The chain clasp broke and the employee fell into the truck well onto the shag truck injuring his arm. Unit Safety Representive went to check out the report and by the time he got to the area the EE was not there. He was told that someone was driving the injured EE to the emergency room because they thought he had broken his arm. Factory Engineer confirmed with the employee that he was indeed on his way to the emergency room.
