Before the incident
I was bringing the trash out of [REDACTED] 3 taking it to the soiled holding room. I turned the corner around Room 1 and my left leg came from underneath me and went straight into the air. My right leg also then gave way and I went airborne and came down straight onto my lower back. I braced myself a little but it was my left hand which was previously injured. My lower back wrist and neck are hurting and I got a headache in front of my head shortly after falling.
