What happened
EE was in location [REDACTED] and was trying to get the stuck pallet he needed in back of rack space on level 2. He was using his right hand to pull the pallet forward as the pallet slid forward the momentum of the pallet sliding forward he pulled his hand down quickly striking a metal bar on the rack with his right hand causing minor scrapes and a little swelling.
