On [REDACTED] met with EE via team 's conference she unplugs her web camera after each meeting at the start of the meeting she took a moment to plug her camera in. We had a 25 min conversation. She did not express that she had hurt herself while plugging in the camera or appear to show any distress during the conversation. On [REDACTED] I had a follow-up conversation with union rep present in the conversation. EE expressed at the time that she believes she hurt her rib while plugging in her camera during the meeting from the day prior.
