Microchipping - fine motor movements

EE has been having arthritis in their hands but over the [REDACTED] it has been affecting their work. It mostly affects their fine gripping skills (ie: holding surgical instruments scruffing mice etc.). Their hands are weak everyday but some days they are worse. Or when they are doing a task for a longer period of time it gets more and more difficult for them to grip anything at all and they are very painful.
