What happened
Team member was working with another maintenance tech on the [REDACTED] in the meat room. The equipment was locked out by both techs and one of the ingredient techs. They were working to disassemble the shaft to replace a worn item. The other maintenance tech was using a wrench to loosen the cone nose nut on one end and the injured team member was turning the pulley on the opposite end of the shaft in an attempt to loosen the cone nut. While turning the pulley the injured team member got his right fifth digit pinched between the pulley and the v-belt causing it to be pinched and lacerated.
