What happened
Employee was Acting Team Captain for the week working the busy ticket counter with not much movement. Normally agents take breaks however occasionally breaks are not taken when team captains are busy in the operation. Anti fatigue mats are at the ticket counter to alleviate possible feet leg back strain when standing for long periods of time. Unfortunately they did not seem to help employee 's standing and put a strain on her low back.
