EE stated that she was walking down the main aisle in the forming area when her feet got caught up in the green strap from the corrugate banding When she fell she fell forward about 2 feet and landed on her left knee and left wrist When she fell she stated that her left knee took most of the impact When EE stood up she said her knee was sore and she flagged down PT The PT walked with her to the break room and notified Supervisor and HR
