On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was working on the flottwegg. He was then instructed to move a Pallet with empty box next to the flottwegg so that we can add the waste from the product into the box. He was pushing the pallet on its side and when he approached the drain grate on the floor the pallet came to an abrupt stop which caused [REDACTED]’s body weight to shift and he heard a popping noise on his upper bicep area. Was replacing bins so that waste of product can be separated. Pushed pallet close to the machine Edge of a board of the pallet got stuck in drain which caused an abrupt stop.
