The employee was removing operating LOB #2 (circuit printer) and completed the task. The employee then proceeded to remove a screen (template) from the holding section of the machine.

The employee raised the machine head to shoulder height. The operator held the screen and pull it away from the machine head. As the employee remove the screen they rotated the screen and twisted about 90 degrees to carry it away from the machine.
