Reviewing a [REDACTED] cleaning sheet

The employee was given a 5S cleaning sheet attached to a hinge snap ring with a magnet on it. They attached the magnet to a table in his area. He then went to grab the sheet for reference on something. He grabbed the snap ring with his left index finger and attempted to tug the ring to detach the magnet from the table. When he did this the ring opened and the force of him pulling back caused his left index finger to slide across the open ring lacerating him.
