What happened
Employee moved a pallet from the floor the stand for use on production line then backed the Big [REDACTED] lift to get it out of the way. Employee proceeded to go and grab a different pallet jack to move a 2nd pallet from the staging location to a closer location to the line that was going to use it. As he was backing up with 2nd pallet he did not realize how close the big [REDACTED] lift was and his foot was caught between the back end of the red pallet jack carrying the 2nd pallet. His right foot was bent in an awkward manner
