What happened

On [REDACTED] a PP employee reported redness and itchiness on their chest neck and face. The employee stated they were working in Returns when another employee mentioned redness and asked how they were feeling. The employee was recently transferred to Returns in [REDACTED] and has been working in that department since. During the investigation the employee stated this is the second time they have experienced redness itchiness. It also occurred [REDACTED] (exact date is unknown) while working in Returns. The employee did not report this to Leadership because they weren 't certain if the workplace caused the redness. The employee stated they always wear nitrile gloves while processing and are usually very careful about not touching their face body with their gloved hand. However the employee may have accidentally touched their face neck with a contaminated glove.
