What happened

On [REDACTED] a PP employee reported pain on their left leg due to a fall sustained in the Initial Scan department. The employee stated they were working at their station and as they went to exit they turned into a U-Boat being pulled by another employee. This resulted in the employee falling onto the U-Boat resulting in a small laceration. During the investigation it was noted that the U-Boat was mainly empty with one empty tote. As the other employee was pulling the cart through the area the injured employee walked into the bottom on the U-Boat while carrying a small box. Camera footage revealed a clean and organized workstation and while that specific walkway is tight there is adequate clearance for employees to maneuver U-Boats. However it is recommended that U-Boats be staged using the main walkway located on the outside of the workstations.
