Loading a riding lawn mower at customers house

Employee was loading a riding lawn mower onto the store trailer at the customers residence to take back to the store for repair. When going up the ramp the back wheel caught on the ramp resulting with the front end of the mower going up in the air and tipping backwards and falling back on top of him.
