[REDACTED] received a call that a drive chain was off on the roller bed at the band mill debarker and went tor repair the drive chain.
What happened
Maintenance employee was repairing a drive chain at the bandmill debarker roller bed. A Log loader operator did not see the millwright working in the area and began to straighten a log at the end of the roller bed. The log came in contact with the millwright’s left leg below the knee and pinched it between the log and hourglass roller on the roller bed.
