What happened
Full 1 2 bbls kegs coming down the line with one keg off-centered and tilted. Operator put keg pallet down on the ground got off his lift put his gloves on and went to shift keg into place. Full keg (160lbs) shifted quickly and pinched thumb of operator between handles of (2) full kegs.
