Employee was stacking a box of completed product (22lb) on a pallet at the fifth level (6ft). Employee states he felt a massive pain in his right elbow. Employee tried working a few minutes but stated the pain got worse. There were no witnesses to the injury and no supervisors on duty due to a call off from illness so the employee notified a co-worker of his injury and left for the emergency room.
