What happened
An employee was on a creeper rerouting a harness underneath a truck when their foot planted on the floor and their knee was pinned against the transmission. As the vehicle continued to move forward on the line the employee 's knee was pressed into the oil pan and they eventually were able to dislodge their leg from being pinned. This resulted in pain in their right knee.
