Waiting for time to lapse (leaning on exterior door) before animal entry to IBU21

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the ACT entered IBU21 lock with a delivery of animals. Once animals are entered in the port the ACT has a 5-minute wait time before the IBU staff pulls them in the room from the port. During this wait time the ACT leaned on the lock door to the left of the stairs to enter which was already open. In the meantime CPA (forklift driver) opened the other set of doors and hooked them on the one the ACT was leaning on from the inside. This caused that door to release and the ACT fell out on the ground landing on their right side (elbow) and scraping their left shin to their knee on the metal stairs.
