Disconnecting hydraulic engine hydraulic lines. He was near the exhaust sections when something fell into his eye.
What happened
EE came into my office stating that something had fallen into his eye and he had tried for the last 30 [REDACTED] to get it out but was unsuccessful. He felt that he needed to go to the ER to get a doctor 's assistance in getting it out. He refused a ride to the ER and so proceeded to the nearest ER. He returned later at approximately [REDACTED] stating he was returning to work as the doctors at the ER could not find anything and his eye felt fine so he returned to is job.
