What happened
There were no witnesses At around [REDACTED] EE was putting batteries on the charger he turned to get another tool for technician that called his name he turned and he heard and felt a pop in his right knee and a burning sensation and pain proceeded after. He sat down to see if it would go away it didn 't and then he called me at [REDACTED]. I proceeded to tell him if he needed to go home to go or stay but he didn 't need to stay if he was hurting. He stayed for a few more hours but then he went home at around [REDACTED]. He contacted [REDACTED] and they sent him to an urgent care [REDACTED].
