He was pulling on a handle of a baggage style cart to begin getting it moving from a stopped position.
What happened
EE reported to me that [REDACTED] prior he had gone to get the ozone cart from the hangar and while attempting to get it moving towards his vehicle tow hitch he noticed that his left foot became painful. He tried to see if it would go away but is curently painful to the touch. It isnt swelling. It hurts to walk on as well. He isnt sure if he will seek medical attention at this time.
