He was coming down from a ladder.
What happened
He was doing the inspection of a fwd mount of an engine. He finished and was coming down off the ladder He stated that the ladder collapsed when he got to the bottom step. When he put one leg on the floor the ladder went one way and EE went the other and he fell and hit his head on a gantry and he fell and hit the floor. His back hit an engine stand as well.
