What happened
The R&B claimed that he sees a bulge like hernia and had immense pain when going to the restroom. He at first thought it was his belt too tight but realized later it was like a hernia. He knows this because he has had a hernia before. There was not one act that caused it but instead he claims it was over time that induced the hernia. He did however later in the shift when Grave yard TLs arrived he claimed that he wanted to go to the emergency room and that it was most likely due to work related ergonomics. He did however state that he did not do anything wrong but instead it could have just been from pulling hoses ECT... Please contact Unit 1 on Swing Shift for more information.
