What happened
Mechanic taped a unit up as a green tape while it was still being washed. As a result mechanic was still inside the unit washing it when unbeknownst to him mechanic hooked up and started to pull the container out. He felt the unit bump and start to move and jumped out the rear of the container landing on his feet and straining his back. He said he felt ok but could feel his back hurting.
