I was adjusting pt in 4126 up in her bed while pulling her up something in my left shoulder popped and now I can 't rotate my arm a certain way without pain I can 't tolerate pulling my arm behind my back or raising it up certain ways as long as I am careful with my movements the pain is tolerable.
