A yardman at the [REDACTED] asphalt plant was injured when he stepped on a piece of rap causing him to roll his ankle and fall. The yardman was cleaning off the conveyor with a shovel and was walking around to the other side of the conveyor to continue removing debris. It had recently rained leaving a couple of inches of standing water and he was unable to see a piece of rap on the ground.
