What happened
worker severed the tip of their left middle finger while attempting to close the door to the forklift. The employee claims they exited the forklift to check one of the magnets and when they got back in they released the door lock and the wind slammed the door shut catching their finger In between the edge of the door and the door frame. Worker was not wearing gloves at the time of this incident
