What happened
[REDACTED] stated that is was a Long pallet either 8 or 10 feet and that the pallet jack was actually really to small. [REDACTED] struggled to get the pallet to the end of the trailer to the dock. Casino employees were watching him but no-one offered to help. Once [REDACTED] got the pallet off the trailer the customer refused the shipment as it had a hole in the cardboard and a dent in the merchandise. [REDACTED] felt a pop in his rt shoulder.
