[REDACTED] WAS USING A PLASTIC CHISEL IN AN ATTEMPT TO REMOVE A CHIP FROM THE [REDACTED] PCB ASSEMBLY. THE CHIP WAS AFFIXED TO THE PCB ASSEMBLY BY AN ADHESIVE GLUE. WHILE APPLYING FORCE WITH THE CHSIEL IT SLIPPED AND FORCED HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER IN THE EDGE OF PCB ASSEMBLY LACERATING HIS FINGER.
