EE turnup up reel in machine and took samples after samples were taken EE lowered the first set of reel rail stops 8 to send the reel to the winder As the reel was traveling down the rails it got hung up on the joint for the swing gate just shy of reel rail stop 7 The EE then took a broke pole to push the remaining paper waste from the samples down the hole The EE went under the rails on the south side of the reel where the swing gates are angled down The EE ducked under the rails and struck the top of his head on the cylinder that is for the swing gate causing a laceration
