Employee was working to transfer line of narrow gauage cars from track 2 (south) to track 1 (north) Employee was using steel tool to disengage or disconnect line of about 32 cathode cars from 2 bar basket car at the east end. Locomotive was on west end pulling carts.

When employee was watching locomotive and string of cars the disconnected bar basket bars rolled back contacting the employee 's left foot.
