Statement originally prepared by [REDACTED] [REDACTED]: [REDACTED] was standing near the curb lane on [REDACTED] facing north trying to flag down a cab when [REDACTED] reversed the vehicle and struck Mrs. [REDACTED] with the rear of the vehicle in the back. Mrs. [REDACTED] felt pain and began banging on the truck to make him stop. Driver of [REDACTED] exited the vehicle and presented Ms. [REDACTED] with his city ID badge. Driver walked away after showing his ID.
