What happened
After the arrival of a [REDACTED] aircraft the EE walked towards the forward passenger door and stopped directly under it. EE states that he was distracted while providing instructions to his teammate and did not realize where he was positioned. The flight attendant opened the door and it dropped onto the EE 's head. The EE completed the flight and felt pain to his neck about 1-hour after the incident. EE was treated in the [REDACTED] and was sent for a follow up X-Ray to the neck area.
