Aircraft Maintenance

I was finishing the installation of aft cargo aft right-side wall after installing waste tank sensors on A [REDACTED]. I started too clear out my tools and parts boxes for the sensors from the aft cargo. I picked the parts boxes and some of my tools and started to duck walk towards the cargo door to exit. Due the incline of the side wall I twisted my ankle and I lost balance. At that moment I felt a sharp pain in my left ankle. I managed to exit the cargo area but a soon as I put pressure weight on my left ankle I felt excruciating pain. I immediately contacted my lead. Restrictions
