What happened
EE was working on the carousel and removing 300 bags from the bag belt. The belt was getting full and EE started taking bags off the belt so it would not jam. After about an hour of unloading the bags EE noticed that her left shoulder was hurting. EE took a small break to rest her shoulder but it started to hurt worse. EE informed OSM on duty. Ice was offered as VAT was closed. EE was informed to rest and OSM will follow up in the morning.
