What happened
Employee was assigned to Sky Priority customer check-in at the counter. She stated that she worked the line alone during her shift and that the ticket counter was short staffed which caused her to be the only SP agent. The employee started experiencing pain in her shoulder that [REDACTED] while at home. She is not able to pinpoint an exact moment that an injury occurred but said she feels it was from lifting heavy bags all day. The employee stated that she did not ask for help to complete a team lift for heavy bags. VAT was contacted [REDACTED] and they advised to apply first aid in the form of ice heat therapy and ibuprofen and the employee agreed. After 2 days the employee advised feeling better but wants to see doctor. VAT concurs.
