What happened
The agent was attempting to lift a customers walker from the oversized baggage claim area and place it onto the ground. As she was lifting it with her left hand the walker which was in the folded position began to expand. She attempted to stabilize the walker with her right hand but the weight of the walker caused her right wrist to flex thereby causing pain to the right wrist bone area. Agent finished out shift and applied RICE principles. However during the evening pain level increased and today continued to be at a Level 8 pain level. Agent reported for shift today [REDACTED]. Agent on [REDACTED] approved to see Concentra Urgent Care. Agent left work at [REDACTED].
